We offer worldwide shipping for all orders from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Please note that due to current regulations, we are unable to ship to Israel, Moldova, Puerto Rico, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine.
When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your order after confirmation.
Moreover, kindly note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays during the shipment or other unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.
Shipping is free for all orders above €450. For orders under this amount, costs are as follows:

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us.
Remark: as Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import.

RETURNS
We want you to love your GAUGE81 pieces. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose to send your return independently with your preferred courier, or we can provide a prepaid DHL return label upon request — in this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable service for independent returns.
If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.
