shipping & returns
We ship all our orders with express shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Shipping is free for all orders above 250 euro and always free for shipments to the Netherlands. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Europe – (3-5 business days)
Rest of the world (3-5 business days)
Please note, orders shipped to countries that are not part of the European Union are suspect to import costs which are paid by the customer.
We do not ship orders to Russia.
We offer free returns for all orders purchased at gauge81.com (excluding sale items). You can return the items within 14 days of the delivery date. Return your merchandise by following the instructions on the return slip included in the package. Please ensure the item(s) are returned in the original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund and the item will be send back to you (we will ask you to pay for the delivery costs). All returns should be shipped using the pre-paid shipping label received with your order. Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.Please request a return with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your merchandise. We would appreciate your reason for returning the item(s) as it would help us to improve our service.
We offer returns on sale orders however we exclude your shipping cost. You can use the shipping label included in your order and we will deduct the label cost from your refund.
You can purchase a label directly from a carrier of your choice. Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.
Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 14 days of receiving the item for your refund to be made. The refund will be made through the original payment method. In case of returning a sale item, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and place a new order for the item that you want instead. If you bought an item with a discount code, you can get in touch with us and we will happily provide you with a code for your new order.
